Did you know that you can also leverage the power of AI within Excel? For example, you can use it to analyze your data more quickly, create better reports and automate repetitive tasks. How? We cover all of this during our one-day Excel and AI training.
With the help of AI, you will learn how to create complex reports and schedules. AI can generate formulas and even VBA code for you. With a basic knowledge of Excel, you can achieve a lot very quickly. There is also time to work with your own files, so you can immediately apply what you learn in practice.
During this training, you will learn how to integrate AI directly into your Excel workflow. We use ChatGPT and Copilot for this. If you use Claude or another AI tool, please get in touch. Participation with those tools is usually also possible.

Introduction to Excel and AI
What can Excel do? What can AI do? And what can they achieve together? You will see how Excel and AI complement each other in analysis, reporting, and decision-making.

Setting up AI
By configuring AI properly, you can save a lot of time and improve the quality of the responses you receive.

Creating prompts
You will learn how to create effective prompts and which methods you can apply to improve the results.

Automating with AI
You will learn how to automate repetitive tasks using VBA and how AI can help write or improve VBA code. Excel will start working for you. We also show you where to use this code within Excel.

Your own file
You will build your own files. Whether you want to create a schedule, report, or input sheet, you will leave with a file you can use immediately.
Who is it for
This training is suitable for anyone who has used Excel before. You do not need extensive Excel knowledge. Naturally, your prompts will improve with more experience, but we will guide you during the course.
The course material is based on Excel in a Windows environment. We will also be working with ChatGPT and Copilot. If you use a different version, please contact us.
